Responsibilities

Translate business stakeholder requirements into technical requirements and Salesforce solutions.
Administer, maintain, improve, and protect the quality and data integrity of the Salesforce platform.
Re-engineer existing processes and build new processes to support company growth.
Design and develop Lightning components, Apex code, declarative platform configurations, and reusable high-performance solutions.
Implement and manage third-party application integrations using Salesforce APIs.
Prepare technical specifications, design documents, and test cases.
Partner with QA through build, testing, and UAT to ensure solution quality.

Requirements

4+ years of Salesforce development experience, including administration, Apex, Visualforce, triggers, batch Apex, Salesforce APIs, workflows, validation rules, and Lightning flows.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning Framework, Aura, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications through SOAP, REST, and Bulk APIs.
Understanding of Salesforce CRM governor limits and code optimization techniques.
Experience with Salesforce administration features including objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning layouts, workflows, flows, email templates, and Data Loader.
Experience with CI/CD DevOps tools and SDLC processes; Agile Scrum experience is preferred.
Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Platform App Builder certifications are required.
Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer II, and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certifications are preferred.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with experience working in a global, multi-region delivery environment.
Salesforce CPQ and Lead to Opportunity experience is a plus.
