Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business and stakeholder requirements to determine appropriate QA activities.
Draft test plans, test cases, regression plans, and other QA documentation.
Implement, improve, and maintain testing cases and suites for Salesforce developer and administrator teams.
Lead weekly and monthly release regression testing cycles.
Identify Salesforce platform issues and develop proactive resolutions and communication plans.
Review development work, enforce QA standards, and own quality and QA risk management throughout projects.
Manage QA team members on medium- and large-scale programs.
Serve as a trusted client advisor and communicate with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and project teams.
Develop innovative improvements to existing QA processes.

Requirements

4+ years of client-facing QA consulting experience.
3+ years of Salesforce-specific QA and/or release management experience.
3+ years of experience working with Salesforce solutions, particularly cross-cloud solutions.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and issue-articulation skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate on scalable solutions addressing client business needs.
Salesforce certification(s) and understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Heroku, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Knowledge of Salesforce Tooling API and debugging logs.
Ability to manage multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
