Responsibilities

Develop and validate the robot SDK across humanoid and quadruped robots from multiple vendors.
Own edge-side integration, hardware bring-up, vendor protocol integration, and on-site diagnosis of hardware failures.
Build the Skill Store, Console, content creation tools, and related developer platform services end to end.
Develop frontend and backend services, APIs, verification systems, and tools that run on real robots and support third-party developers.
Build simulation environments and train, evaluate, and deploy motion policies on physical robots as the roadmap advances.
Develop unified hardware abstraction layers and conformance or certification test suites.
Support embedded debugging, edge-AI deployment, service operations, cloud deployment, and production web-product functionality.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience building SDKs, libraries, APIs, or embedded and hardware-software systems; new graduates with strong hands-on embedded or robotics projects are welcome.
Production-level Python or C/C++ programming skills with testing experience.
Strong Linux development and deployment knowledge, including systemd, networking, and log forensics.
Familiarity with at least one robotics middleware or communication stack, such as ROS 2, DDS, MQTT, zenoh, or gRPC.
Ability to bring up hardware, integrate vendor protocols, and diagnose failures on site.
Experience with embedded debugging, edge-AI deployment, containers, CI/CD, reverse proxies, monitoring, robotics simulation, reinforcement or imitation learning, motion retargeting, or humanoid whole-body control is preferred.
Experience with developer platforms, SDK releases, documentation sites, app or plugin marketplaces, and production web products is preferred.
Full-stack experience with React and TypeScript or similar frontend technologies; Python, FastAPI, Node.js, or similar backend technologies; and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
Experience with accounts and sign-in, OAuth or OIDC, file and package transfers, usage quotas, cloud deployment, object storage, and frontend testing is preferred.
Rust or C++ experience, comfort reading schematics and datasheets, and experience with power, battery management, or thermal systems are valuable.
Open-source contributions, technical writing, developer-community experience, and strong communication and collaboration skills are preferred.
