Responsibilities

Define cloud security frameworks and architecture aligned with business requirements and performance goals.
Document cloud security controls and transition implementations to cloud security-managed operations.
Architect, design, configure, and customize SailPoint solutions.
Configure virtual appliances, identity profiles, cloud rules, transformation rules, migrations, and deployments.
Set up, troubleshoot, and configure SailPoint integrations with enterprise and cloud systems.
Onboard applications and migrate users.
Develop Java BeanShell scripts, workflows, JML processes, and custom rules.
Customize access requests, Quicklink, User LCM, certifications, workflows, forms, rules, and SailPoint APIs.
Implement certifications, custom reports, and auditing capabilities.
Collaborate with delivery teams on requirements, technical issue resolution, bug fixing, and enhancements.

Requirements

Minimum 12 years of professional experience.
At least 3 years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, IdentityNow, or Identity Security Cloud.
Required experience with SailPoint IdentityNow.
Preferred experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Experience with virtual appliance concepts, identity profiles, cloud rules, transformations, migration, and deployments.
Experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, HRMS applications, SAP, Workday, Azure O365, JDBC, and other cloud applications.
Strong Java/J2EE development knowledge.
BE/B.Tech., MCA, or MSc with a strong computer science background and good academic record.
Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
Strong customer-requirements analysis, communication, presentation, teamwork, and self-learning abilities.
