Security Architect / Security Engineer in USA new

Responsibilities

  • Build secure agent runtimes, reusable libraries, reference implementations, and validation pipelines for agentic AI applications and workflows.
  • Implement secure planner/executor flows, tool routing, structured outputs, memory and state controls, and RAG trust boundaries.
  • Design and implement cloud security controls across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including IAM, workload protection, and logging.
  • Embed secure-by-default cloud controls into shared services and developer workflows in partnership with platform and engineering teams.
  • Lead incident response, triage, investigation, coordination, and remediation for cloud platforms and AI systems with SOC and engineering teams.
  • Develop secure reference architectures and production-grade security controls for AI and cloud-native environments.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of security engineering, cloud security, application security, or platform security experience with direct implementation ownership.
  • Foundational understanding of AI and machine learning technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong coding skills and experience delivering production systems, preferably with Python, TypeScript, or Node.
  • Hands-on experience with agentic AI systems, including tool or function calling, multi-step planning, RAG, memory and state management, and orchestration.
  • Strong cloud security experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP, including IAM, logging and monitoring, workload protection, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code security.
  • Practical incident response experience involving investigation, coordination, and remediation using SIEM, SOAR, EDR, CSPM, or CNAPP tools.
  • Preferred experience leveraging AI workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Preferred familiarity with OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, NIST AI RMF, and modern cloud security frameworks.
  • Preferred experience building red-team-style testing or evaluation harnesses for LLM applications and agentic systems.
  • 10 or more years of relevant security experience is preferred.
