Responsibilities

Operate and sustain cloud, IAM, and AI technology platforms.
Implement and maintain access controls, identity policies, and authentication and authorization systems.
Support cloud infrastructure hardening and monitoring alongside senior cloud architects.
Help secure AI/ML pipelines and agentic workflows.
Troubleshoot, automate, and maintain systems using IT administration or software engineering skills.
Document processes and contribute to runbooks, playbooks, and internal knowledge-sharing.
Adapt to changing priorities and learn new tools and systems.
Apply security best practices under the guidance of senior engineers.

Requirements

Strong IT administration skills and/or a software development background.
Hands-on experience with at least one of IAM, AI/ML infrastructure, or cloud platforms including GCP, AWS, or Azure.
Security experience or working knowledge is preferred but not required.
Comfort with scripting, automation, and troubleshooting.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
Comfort working amid ambiguity and rapid change.
A team-first attitude and willingness to learn and support teammates.
