Responsibilities

  • Review application architecture, authentication, authorization, tenant boundaries, and data flows for security weaknesses.
  • Build and improve cloud identity, secrets management, application protections, and security checks.
  • Investigate vulnerabilities, prioritize remediation, and verify fixes.
  • Embed security checks and guidance into engineering workflows.
  • Analyze security incidents and develop detection or prevention improvements.
  • Partner with product engineers and compliance owners to implement tested technical controls.

Requirements

  • Experience investigating and remediating real application or cloud security issues.
  • Ability to read code, build tooling, and work with production systems.
  • Ability to prioritize security risks based on impact and system usage.
  • Ability to clearly explain security findings and fixes to engineers.
  • Practical experience inspecting code and cloud systems, validating findings, and helping implement maintainable fixes.
  • Preferred experience with cloud and identity security, enterprise SaaS or AI applications, cloud IAM, application security, threat modeling, or securing AI systems.
