Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for high-impact accelerator software projects and own architecture and engineering roadmaps.
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain large-scale software, including board and chip firmware and Linux kernel drivers.
Drive industry ecosystem engagement around technology standards for modern accelerator platforms.
Use current AI tools to accelerate design and development across accelerator software teams.
Influence and coach distributed engineers while managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience programming in C++.
5 years of experience with software design and architecture and with testing and launching software products.
Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
Experience architecting and writing software that interacts with hardware.
Experience with data center servers and AI platforms.
Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
Preferred: 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
Preferred: 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
Preferred: 3 years of experience in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
Preferred: experience with PCIe or other high-speed I/O protocols and ML SoC architecture.

Benefits

US base salary of $262000-$364000, plus a 25% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
