Senior Agentic Software Engineer - Sales in Others new

Responsibilities

  • Own Quantum as the system of record for accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and activities.
  • Build CRM identity, record creation and editing, deduplication, merging, metadata-driven customization, access controls, and audit trails.
  • Develop reliable outbox, event-streaming, integration, webhook, background-job, and data-migration systems.
  • Build forecasting, pipeline, deal health, seller workspace, sales operations, territory, quota, and order-review capabilities.
  • Ship AI-native account research, deal intelligence, LLM-assisted document review, and MCP-based agent workflows.
  • Operate Quantum in production, including incident triage, root-cause remediation, staging releases, feature flags, migrations, and integration monitoring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years building and operating production software, including at least 3 years building Python backend services with FastAPI or similar.
  • Recent daily experience building software with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot agent mode, Codex, or similar.
  • Working full-stack proficiency with TypeScript and React, including delivering features from database to screen.
  • Strong PostgreSQL experience covering schema design, JSONB, Alembic migrations, row-level scoping, and query performance.
  • Experience building or extending CRM data models, APIs, integrations, identity systems, deduplication, and data migrations.
  • Hands-on experience with vendor APIs, REST, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, rate limits, retries, background jobs, queues, outboxes, idempotency, replay, and failure recovery.
  • Experience shipping LLM product features using retrieval, tool calling, structured outputs, evaluation sets, confidence thresholds, fallbacks, and guardrails.
  • Cloud deployment experience with Azure or AWS, containers, GitHub Actions, secrets management, and observability.
  • Strong written and spoken English and the ability to explain technical trade-offs to Sales and Sales Operations stakeholders; Vietnamese is an advantage.
  • CRM migration, sales operations, forecasting, pipeline, territory and quota planning, CPQ, order-to-cash, NetSuite, ERP integration, MCP, or record-level access-control experience is preferred.
