Responsibilities

Build agents, automations, and applications that move repetitive Product, Product Marketing, and Design work into scalable AI-powered workflows.
Provide teams with direct access to customer insights and underlying data through the tools you build.
Prototype ideas rapidly and ship same-day production improvements to shared agents and applications.
Create reusable, maintained components so future automation projects can be delivered faster.
Own problems end to end from requirements discovery through launch, adoption, and ongoing maintenance.
Work embedded with Product, Product Marketing, and Design while collaborating with engineering on standards, code review, and shared infrastructure.

Requirements

Strong software engineering ability in Python or TypeScript and experience shipping production code rather than only workflow configurations.
Very high AI fluency and hands-on experience building agentic solutions with current frontier models, MCP, retrieval, evaluations, and observability.
Experience translating requirements from non-engineers into effective technical solutions.
Good judgment about where AI provides value and where it does not.
Experience building solutions that non-technical teams adopted and continued using.
Daily use of AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
Senior-level ownership, ability to work with little direction, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
