Responsibilities

Develop and optimize machine learning and deep learning algorithms for complex business problems.
Build, train, evaluate, and improve AI models including neural networks and decision trees.
Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze data; perform feature engineering and coordinate data labeling activities.
Integrate algorithm models into business systems and support product deployment and intelligent product upgrades.
Research emerging AI and machine learning technologies and implement innovations for surveillance and monitoring applications.
Develop algorithms for target detection, feature extraction, tracking, and recognition.
Document algorithms, experiments, workflows, results, and findings for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Pattern Recognition, Artificial Intelligence, Automatic Control, Operations Research, Biology, Physics, Quantum Computing, Neuroscience, Statistics, or a related field.
At least 2–5 years of professional experience in an AI role.
Strong programming skills in Python and C/C++, with proficiency in mathematical and statistical concepts.
Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning algorithms and current state-of-the-art implementations.
Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning frameworks such as Caffe, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and MxNet.
Project experience with models including CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer, and ViT.
Experience designing, tuning, and optimizing neural network models is preferred.
Experience with model compression and deep learning inference transplantation and optimization across NPU, GPU, DSP, ARM, CPU, mobile, and server platforms is preferred.
Strong logical thinking, problem-solving ability, independent research capability, and teamwork skills.
