Senior AI Engineer - Vice President in Others

Responsibilities

  • Design and build an enterprise-scale, multi-tenant AI platform from the ground up.
  • Architect multi-agent systems, tool-use loops, RAG pipelines, and conversational interfaces for financial adjustment processing.
  • Implement resilient, API-first microservices on cloud-native Kubernetes/OpenShift infrastructure.
  • Enforce human-in-the-loop controls, auditability, guardrails, governance, and DevSecOps practices.
  • Guide engineering teams, establish engineering standards, and drive cross-functional adoption.
  • Use observability, streaming, messaging, and automation capabilities where appropriate.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of overall experience with a proven record leading AI/ML or platform engineering teams in production environments.
  • Strong hands-on proficiency in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or equivalent technologies.
  • Experience with function calling, tool use, RAG, prompt and context engineering, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.
  • Deep experience in event-driven design, containerized microservices, and Kubernetes or OpenShift.
  • Experience with automated CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Harness, GitHub Actions, Tekton, or ArgoCD, along with strict governance and audit standards.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with distributed tracing, logging and metrics stacks; Kafka, Solace, or Tibco EMS/RV; and low-code automation tools is preferred.
