Responsibilities

Build intuitive, stable Android experiences using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and modern Android APIs.
Lead product features from ideation and technical design through implementation, testing, and release.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, Data Scientists, and platform partners.
Champion engineering practices that support code quality, scalability, performance, reliability, safety, and maintainability.
Mentor junior developers and help improve team standards and collaboration.
Own features for the standalone Trump Accounts mobile experience from concept through launch.

Requirements

6+ years of professional experience developing Android applications.
Proficiency with Kotlin and/or Java and strong knowledge of the Android SDK.
Experience with MVVM, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines and Flow or RxJava, Retrofit, and Room.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with a product-focused mindset.
Demonstrated ability to mentor peers, lead complex projects, and influence architecture decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
