Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain web applications using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, backend systems, CRUD applications, and integrations with external APIs.
Work with clients and stakeholders to investigate complex business problems and design end-to-end analytical solutions.
Optimize applications for speed and scalability and troubleshoot issues affecting performance and user experience.
Collaborate with design and product teams to implement user-friendly interfaces.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation and user guides.
Work independently on client engagements, manage individual workstreams, and collaborate with or lead small teams of one to two people.
Contribute to practice development, business development, and innovative company initiatives.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
At least four years of frontend and backend application development experience.
Experience managing stakeholders, collaborating with customers, and working in consulting environments.
Proficiency with React or a comparable design framework and strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Proficiency in one or more backend languages, preferably Python, Java, C#, or Golang, with the ability to learn new languages and frameworks.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and preferred proficiency in SQL and relational database systems.
Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake is a plus.
Knowledge of web development security practices, version control systems, CI/CD, testing frameworks, and production release processes.
Preferred experience with code instrumentation, monitoring, observability systems, cloud platforms, and container technologies.
Required experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Codex or Claude Code.
Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
