Responsibilities

Manage endpoint devices, identity systems, Okta, Google Cloud infrastructure, and Google Workspace.
Design and build internal tools to improve system functionality and efficiency.
Develop automation for device, account, and identity lifecycle management.
Troubleshoot system issues and resolve escalations for engineering teams.
Review code, write documentation, and follow established engineering practices.

Requirements

Typically 5+ years of experience as a Systems, Site Reliability, Infrastructure, or related engineer.
Hands-on experience managing macOS or Windows devices with modern endpoint management tools.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Gemini.
Coding or scripting experience in Python, Swift, Go, Bash, or PowerShell.
Ability to work methodically and independently or collaboratively while improving employee-facing systems.
