Responsibilities

Build and own automations, data workflows, and internal tools from problem identification through deployment.
Partner with ad operations teams to identify and replace high-leverage manual processes.
Use Python, scripting, SQL, AI, and LLM tools to create fast, accurate, repeatable workflows.
Measure operational impact through hours saved, reduced errors, and faster campaign execution.
Define, propose, and independently deliver new improvement projects.

Requirements

Typically 3+ years of experience building automations or tools that eliminate manual work and improve team operations.
Ability to write and ship code using Python, scripting, or similar technologies.
Hands-on experience applying AI and large language model tools to real workflows.
Fluency in SQL and ability to query and analyze data independently.
Bachelor’s degree.
Ability to work effectively on open-ended and ambiguous problems with independent ownership.
