Responsibilities

Design and build high-performance data pipelines for the full lifecycle of financial data.
Create foundational frameworks and platforms that establish AI as a core company capability.
Advocate for and demonstrate effective AI use throughout the software development lifecycle.
Ensure data integrity and quality across multiple data sources.
Optimize query performance and troubleshoot data issues.

Requirements

4+ years of software engineering experience.
Proficiency in modern programming languages, particularly Python or Java.
Experience with database systems, data warehouses, ETL pipelines, and mature data processes at scale.
Experience with offline data processing and batch pipelines such as Spark or similar frameworks.
Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, especially AWS and Kubernetes.
Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
A B.A. or B.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Preferred experience with Snowflake, Airflow, or dbt.
Strong ownership, communication, resilience, assurance, and creative problem-solving skills.

Salary: $170k - $225k/yr
