Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud solutions on AWS and Azure.
Lead automation initiatives for cloud infrastructure and Cloud Landing Zones.
Develop cloud applications using serverless architectures, Kubernetes, and event-driven patterns.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitOps practices.
Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Monitor and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Guide, mentor, and provide technical direction to development teams.
Contribute to software architecture, code reviews, testing, release processes, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or in a similar role with strong AWS experience; Azure experience is a plus.
Strong software development and DevOps experience, including AWS and Azure infrastructure automation.
Expertise in at least two programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, GoLang, JavaScript, or Java.
Experience with serverless architectures, Kubernetes, event-driven systems, cloud networking, proxies, scalability, concurrency, and distributed systems.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, GitFlow, GitHub, and cloud application deployment practices.
Strong understanding of cloud security, including ABAC, RBAC, JWT, SAML, AAD, and OIDC.
Experience leading or mentoring development teams and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred experience with DynamoDB, Crossplane.io, Flux, ArgoCD, Kubernetes CRDs, operators, controllers, React, Hooks, and TypeScript.
Knowledge equivalent to the AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional certification is preferred.
Familiarity with functional programming, software architecture, systems testing, quality gates, code reviews, pair programming, Monorepo and Multirepo strategies, SDLC, DRY, KISS, and SOLID principles is preferred.
Familiarity with basic AI tools is an advantage.
