Senior Cloud Security Engineer in USA new

Responsibilities

  • Guide engineering teams in making sound security decisions when building new infrastructure.
  • Build automation that keeps engineering environments secure.
  • Manage and improve cloud security posture across multi-cloud environments.
  • Own and enhance security infrastructure and tooling.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on rolling out security measures.
  • Help shape the company’s security strategy through innovation.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a global company with cloud-centric infrastructure.
  • Advanced understanding of cloud technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, and IAM.
  • Programming proficiency in one main language, such as Go, Java, or Python.
  • Experience building tooling, supporting engineers, and improving security.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills in a distributed environment.
  • Experience driving organization-wide changes in fast-moving environments.
  • Coding ability sufficient to automate tasks; coding skills will be tested during recruitment.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary of $169,600–$253,000 for candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA.
