Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications, agentic solutions, LLM-powered products, and backend services using Python, TypeScript, and AWS.
Build scalable end-to-end data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Databricks, dbt, Apache Spark, and related technologies.
Design and implement scalable data architectures, data models, governance, data quality, monitoring, and observability for AI and data platforms.
Design APIs, backend services, workflows, and distributed systems.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data, and Business teams to deliver production-ready, scalable, and reliable solutions and drive technical decisions.

Requirements

7+ years of software engineering experience delivering production-grade systems.
Strong expertise in Python and SQL.
Experience building cloud-native applications, preferably on AWS.
Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, and modern data engineering practices.
Experience designing APIs, backend services, workflows, and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience developing AI or LLM-powered products in production environments.
Strong knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, governance, and data quality frameworks.
Experience with dbt transformation pipelines, testing, and data validation.
Knowledge of Medallion Architecture, Data Vault 2.0, and dimensional modeling.
Preferred experience with AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, Strands, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
Preferred background in conversational AI, agent-based systems, and AI platform development.
Preferred experience with Fivetran, Delta Lake, monitoring, observability, governance solutions, internal developer platforms, low-code solutions, or productivity tooling.
