Responsibilities

Contribute to the architecture, design, and deployment of scalable Generative AI and machine learning systems in production.
Develop end-to-end GenAI features, including backend API services, model integration, monitoring, evaluations, and deployments.
Integrate and optimize LLMs using prompt engineering and RAG for business-planning use cases.
Design and build retrieval and knowledge layers using vector databases, graph databases, knowledge graphs, hybrid search, and embedding pipelines.
Help design a knowledge graph representing customer models, metrics, hierarchies, and relationships.
Build data pipelines for evaluation and continuous improvement of conversational and agentic AI systems.
Engineer batch and streaming feature and context pipelines for forecasting and anomaly-detection models at customer scale.
Implement evaluation frameworks measuring GenAI accuracy, latency, and user satisfaction.

Requirements

Extensive data engineering experience with a record of delivering complex projects.
Hands-on experience building and shipping AI/ML products in production.
Practical experience with LLM-based systems, including RAG architectures, embedding pipelines, prompt and response logging, and evaluation frameworks.
Hands-on expertise with vector databases, graph databases, and knowledge graphs.
Experience across the model development lifecycle, including training and deploying machine learning models in production.
Strong knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and conversational AI patterns.
Strong MLOps and LLMOps expertise for scalable, reliable, and monitorable model deployments.
Proficiency in Python and modern software development practices.
Experience with cloud-native ML infrastructure platforms is desirable.
Knowledge of Pinecone, Weaviate, or Qdrant is desirable.
Experience with vLLM, TensorRT, or Ray model-serving frameworks is desirable.
Background in forecasting, planning, or analytics applications is desirable.
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks for AI features is desirable.
Experience with LangSmith, W&B, or MLflow is desirable.
