Responsibilities

  • Design, code, test, and provide quality assurance for complex product features.
  • Resolve complex issues, drive topics to resolution, and support others in solving technical problems.
  • Develop TypeScript and JavaScript components and frameworks and integrate user interfaces with REST and OData APIs.
  • Build modern enterprise web applications using UI5 Web Components, React, and OpenUI5.
  • Create accessible web applications following ADA Section 508 and WCAG guidelines.
  • Apply clean code standards and Test-Driven Development using Jest, Playwright, and Cypress.
  • Perform continuous integration and delivery using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
  • Share technical expertise, support product success, and contribute beyond the core functional area.
  • When assigned as Scrum Master, facilitate Scrum events, coach the Development Team, and remove impediments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus six years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience, or a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in one of those fields plus four years of experience.
  • At least four years of experience developing TypeScript and JavaScript components and frameworks; integrating UI with REST and OData APIs; building applications with UI5 Web Components, React, and OpenUI5; applying ADA Section 508 and WCAG guidelines; using Jest, Playwright, and Cypress; using Jenkins and GitHub Actions; and working in an Agile Scrum environment.
  • At least three years of experience with LLM concepts including prompt engineering and structured outputs; MCP or similar inter-agent communication standards; and AI-assisted development tools including GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Cursor.
  • Advanced product and technical knowledge and advanced knowledge of development processes and product standards.
