Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain core components of a distributed storage platform.
Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Debug complex production issues and improve system performance.
Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
Drive innovation while maintaining product quality and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, customer-centric solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
At least four years of software development experience.
Strong experience with C++ and object-oriented programming.
Good understanding of Linux and Windows internals, including process, memory, storage, and networking concepts.
Hands-on experience with debugging and troubleshooting tools such as gdb, WinDbg, ProcMon, Wireshark, and tcpdump.
Experience with crash dump analysis, memory leaks, handle leaks, deadlocks, race conditions, and performance tuning.
Experience with microservices and service architecture, client-server architecture, and distributed systems.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and software development best practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.
Security and SaaS experience are strongly preferred.
