Responsibilities

Architect, design, and implement enterprise-wide Okta-based IAM solutions integrated with Cloud IAM Identity Center.
Secure and manage service accounts, API keys, secrets, certificates, and workload identities across enterprise and AWS/GCP environments.
Migrate legacy code and scripts to Okta-based workflows and connectors.
Develop Okta Workflows automating joiner, mover, and leaver processes for corporate users and cloud-native system accounts.
Detect IAM and Directory Services threats, support security incident response, and mitigate security events.
Manage accounts, permissions, access controls, application integrations, and least-privilege enforcement.
Identify, report, and remediate gaps in critical security processes while maintaining awareness of IAM tools and best practices.

Requirements

Extensive hands-on knowledge of IAM concepts, architecture, SSO, identity federation, Privileged Access Management, and machine/non-human identity management.
Deep Okta expertise with proven ability to build and deploy Okta Workflows.
Practical experience securing identities in AWS or Google Cloud Platform, including IAM roles, service accounts, cross-account access, and secrets management.
Strong understanding of SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, and Role-Based Access Control.
Proficiency with NodeJS, ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, REST APIs, and SQL for development, scripting, automation, and integration.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and experience with threat detection, security-incident monitoring, and risk mitigation.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience with identity and access management projects, specifically involving non-human identities.
