Responsibilities

Develop requirements with the product owner and technical lead based on solution designs.
Configure and operate Amdocs Kenan Billing modules, including usage processing, billing and invoicing, payments, and journals.
Perform functional testing, SIT, UAT, sprint deployments, production releases, and environment maintenance.
Handle bill runs, post-bill activities, invoice validation, CDR reconciliation, MIU error clearing, and billing error resolution.
Monitor applications, alarms, pods, health checks, and production environments while proactively resolving issues.
Troubleshoot production incidents, identify root causes, publish RCA documents, and coordinate permanent fixes with development and Amdocs R&D teams.
Support EKS cluster upgrades and other operational maintenance activities.
Create and track development problem tickets and coordinate fixes through production deployment.
Publish billing and invoice reports to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

4 to 7 years of experience, including a minimum of 4 years in Amdocs Kenan billing development and operations.
Strong experience with Kenan configurations, Kenan API-TS, usage processing, billing and invoicing, payments, journals, and clearing MIU errors.
Good Kenan Operations experience and readiness to work in a DevOps model supporting operations and maintenance.
Experience supporting technical issues in production environments.
Proficiency in PL/SQL and shell scripting or other scripting languages.
Exposure to AWS, CI/CD, and DevOps is advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Mindset for learning and applying AI knowledge in day-to-day work.
