Responsibilities

Develop cross-platform Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
Translate product requirements and UI designs into fully functional features.
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
Participate in code reviews and support team learning.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to create user experiences.
Integrate applications with backend APIs and services.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues.
Contribute to architectural decisions and recommend improvements to the Flutter and Dart ecosystem.
Mentor junior team members and strengthen Flutter adoption across projects.

Requirements

At least 5 years of total software development experience.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and modern development practices.
Experience writing unit and integration tests.
Familiarity with state management solutions such as Riverpod, BLoC, and Provider.
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data flows.
Understanding of responsive UI principles and mobile design guidelines.
Knowledge of Git and CI/CD workflows.
Experience with local storage technologies such as Hive and SQLite.
Knowledge of architectural patterns including MVVM and Clean Architecture.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
Consulting experience is a plus.
