Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end AI systems covering data pipelines, modeling, and inference.
Prototype, deploy, and iterate computer vision, LLM, and multimodal AI systems using user feedback and production data.
Launch production-grade AI solutions for heterogeneous construction documents and real-world noisy inputs.
Collaborate with product and users to identify high-impact problems and deliver practical AI solutions.
Perform hands-on engineering tasks including data labeling, ETL, and deployment.
Communicate progress and technical tradeoffs clearly with the team.

Requirements

Hands-on applied computer vision and machine learning experience, including model development and production deployment.
Proven track record launching AI systems or core components of a new product from 0 to 1.
Strong familiarity with computer vision, LLM, and multimodal approaches and tooling.
Experience shipping initial AI prototypes and building end-to-end intelligence-layer systems in production.
Ability to iterate quickly using user feedback and real data.
Experience with multimodal data such as images, text, and documents is desirable.
Strong communication, collaboration, and practical engineering skills.
Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Bay Area and have US work authorization.

Benefits

Annual salary range of $120,000 to $180,000 USD.
On-site work in San Francisco, United States.
Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
