Senior Founding Engineer, Agent Systems in USA new

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the orchestration layer for multi-step agentic workflows.
  • Integrate external tools and APIs with reliable tool calling and robust error handling.
  • Build retrieval and evaluation infrastructure for agent reliability and accuracy.
  • Identify and automate recurring manual work by shipping reliable, scalable systems.
  • Monitor agent performance in production and iterate on system design based on real-world behavior.

Requirements

  • Strong computer science fundamentals and mathematical ability demonstrated through academics, competitions, or self-directed learning.
  • Experience or strong project work with agent or LLM systems, including orchestration, tool integrations, retrieval-augmented generation, or evaluation frameworks.
  • A track record of turning manual workflows into reliable, scalable systems.
  • Recent graduates and self-taught builders are welcome; professional experience is not required.
