Responsibilities

  • Lead customer conversations and translate insights into product features, requirements, and technical plans.
  • Design and build full-stack applications while advancing the product’s AI capabilities.
  • Move the product from prototype and MVP stages to scalable, high-quality production systems.
  • Help define product direction, technical strategy, and company strategy.
  • Collaborate with customers and core developers in an early-stage founding team.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience and a track record of shipping production applications.
  • Full-stack experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Python.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM design patterns, vector stores, and model fine-tuning.
  • Experience designing, building, and deploying scalable products from MVP to production.
  • Experience leading customer conversations and translating feedback into product requirements.
  • Experience in startup or early-stage environments and strong system design abilities with a practical mindset.
  • Willingness to work hybrid from Berlin or relocate there.
