Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain scalable, performant React and JavaScript user interfaces for enterprise customers.
  • Build reusable component libraries and design systems.
  • Contribute to frontend architecture, state management, performance optimization, and micro-frontend implementations.
  • Maintain Jenkins CI/CD workflows, Bitbucket/Git source control, Jira tracking, and Vite or Webpack build configuration.
  • Translate Figma designs into accessible, responsive, cross-browser-compatible production interfaces.
  • Evaluate and integrate AI-assisted development tools, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and MCP-style tool-use patterns.
  • Write unit tests, participate in code reviews, uphold software design practices, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional frontend engineering experience, including 2–4 years working on production React applications at scale.
  • Strong JavaScript fundamentals, including ES6+ and asynchronous programming patterns.
  • Hands-on React experience with hooks, component composition, performance optimization, and Redux Toolkit or an equivalent state-management solution.
  • Experience with Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, responsive layouts, and CSS-in-JS or utility-first frameworks.
  • Experience with Jira, Jenkins, Bitbucket/Git, Vite and/or Webpack.
  • Practical exposure to AI-assisted development, including LLM coding assistants, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and MCP or similar patterns.
  • Experience with micro-frontend architectures, Module Federation, and unit testing using Vitest, React Testing Library, Mocha, or Chai.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and their use in frontend architecture.
  • Preferred qualifications include SSE or real-time streaming experience, mentoring or feature-team leadership, TypeScript, Docker, and Kubernetes.
