Responsibilities

Own frontend projects from design through launch and post-launch results.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to determine what to build and how.
Contribute to technical discussions and balance short-term delivery with long-term architecture.
Build fast, accessible user interfaces and improve frontend performance.
Maintain strong engineering practices, including code review, test coverage, and observability.
Work with designers to turn early concepts into shipped products.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience building production software at scale.
Deep JavaScript experience with a modern frontend framework.
Demonstrated experience improving frontend performance and accessibility.
Product-minded approach with focus on user problems as well as implementation.
Comfort working through ambiguous problems and rapid change.
AI/LLM product experience is a plus.
Startup experience is a plus.

Salary: $150k - $240k/yr
