Responsibilities

Build scalable frontend experiences including websites, landing pages, growth funnels, campaign management platforms, and personalized customer journeys.
Develop AI-native interfaces and workflows that help teams use AI-powered insights, automation, and intelligent decision-making.
Own end-to-end delivery of complex frontend applications, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and optimization.
Improve web performance, SEO, accessibility, experimentation, feature flagging, and conversion through data-driven iteration.
Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, Data Science, and Backend Engineering to solve ambiguous business problems.
Improve frontend architecture and engineering quality through reusable components, code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring.

Requirements

5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience building and operating production web applications.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, frontend architecture, component design, state management, API integration, responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.
Ability to independently design and deliver complex frontend solutions and own features through production.
Experience with growth platforms, campaign management systems, content management systems, experimentation frameworks, or customer-facing conversion funnels is preferred.
Experience with AI-powered applications or agentic user experiences, including interactive workflows, streaming responses, and human-in-the-loop interfaces, is preferred.
Experience with A/B testing, feature flagging, analytics instrumentation, conversion optimization, Next.js, server-side rendering, static generation, design systems, and frontend build tooling is preferred.
Experience with rapid prototyping, data-driven product validation, high-growth technology companies, fintech, payments, regulated environments, and mentoring engineers is preferred.
