Responsibilities

Scale the ongoing microfrontend transition across a large and complex codebase.
Support, collaborate with, and mentor engineers across more than eight product teams.
Drive adoption of AI tools and integration of AI into web engineering workflows.
Evaluate and design architectures using modern web technologies and frameworks.
Configure, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
Establish and enforce automated testing and quality assurance standards.
Develop shared utilities, infrastructure libraries, and architectural patterns in collaboration with the Design System team.

Requirements

At least 4 years of relevant industry experience in front-end or platform web development.
Expertise with modern web technologies including React, TypeScript, Webpack, and Vite.
Experience building complex single-page applications and designing or implementing microfrontend architectures.
Experience configuring, optimizing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
Strong experience establishing automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies.
Experience with or strong interest in AI-assisted development and integrating AI into engineering workflows.
Degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field.
