Senior Frontend Software Engineer in USA

Responsibilities

  • Build scalable React and TypeScript features and components.
  • Implement high-performance real-time user interfaces for complex cyber operation data.
  • Contribute to frontend architecture and design decisions.
  • Build and maintain interactive graphs, timelines, and streaming visualizations.
  • Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end automated tests.
  • Participate in code reviews and improve code quality.
  • Identify and address performance issues, technical debt, and reliability gaps.
  • Collaborate with design, product, backend, and operations teams.
  • Support other engineers through pairing and practical feedback.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of professional frontend software development experience.
  • Strong production-tested expertise in React.js and TypeScript.
  • Strong command of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience optimizing and profiling software for performance at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks such as Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress.
  • Experience with state management patterns and libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or React Query.
  • Experience with Vite or Webpack and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong collaboration skills with product and design teams.
  • Strong professional experience with Git, branch workflows, code review, and CI integration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferred experience with D3.js, Chart.js, Neo4j, real-time streaming data, defense or security domains, AI/ML operational interfaces, or Storybook.
