Senior Full-Stack Engineer in Canada new

  • Toronto

Responsibilities

  • Build internal applications and tooling used by annotators, ML researchers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop user-facing browser and server experiences using full-stack engineering practices.
  • Build resilient, mission-critical systems and adopt technologies that improve performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with engineers through pairing sessions, architectural designs, documentation, and technical talks.
  • Identify and remove roadblocks to improve team engineering velocity.

Requirements

  • Experience shipping products with a large number of stakeholders.
  • Comfort working across both the front end and back end of the stack.
  • Previous experience with Next.js, TypeScript, React, and Python.
  • Hands-on experience writing complex SQL queries.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex needs, goals, and technical implementations clearly to varied audiences.
  • Interest in AI and motivation to help scale a company.
