Responsibilities

Create and maintain complex data infrastructure, reporting, and application solutions.
Perform requirements definition, solution design, application development, deployment, system testing, debugging, and maintenance across the project lifecycle.
Develop front-end and back-end solutions for eDiscovery applications, databases, and workflows.
Analyze end-user data needs and build solutions that interface with existing applications.
Develop functional unit tests and support testing automation.
Monitor systems, resolve problems, participate in major upgrades, and maintain process documentation.
Coach junior developers in the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications.
Support InfoSec compliance, team planning, growth strategy, end-user training, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field, or comparable business/technical experience.
At least 4–7 years of application development experience involving programming, data management, collection, modeling, and interpretation across complex data sets.
Experience with .NET, JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, React, jQuery, LESS, and modern front-end frameworks and state management libraries.
Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, Memcached, and Varnish or comparable database and caching technologies.
Ability to design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using SQL and NoSQL databases.
Proficiency in server-side programming, database design and management, API design and development, authentication and authorization mechanisms, and distributed systems.
Experience with Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure, version control systems, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing strategies, with familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, service-oriented architecture, microservices, stream processing, event-driven architecture, messaging protocols, and data engineering.
Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, learn new tools and frameworks quickly, and coach more junior developers.

Hybrid work arrangement with three days per week in the office.
Work hours are 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST.
