Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with traders, researchers, and product managers to translate complex workflows into user interfaces.
  • Design and implement high-performance, responsive front-end applications using TypeScript and Svelte, React, or Vue.
  • Design, build, and operate production Go back-end services with secure and performant architectures.
  • Own service boundaries and data contracts end-to-end.
  • Build reusable UI modules, component libraries, SDKs, and MCP-based front-end integrations.
  • Build real-time UIs that ingest and render high-frequency market and on-chain data from multiple streaming sources.
  • Use canvas-based charting and D3.js for bespoke data visualizations.
  • Drive architecture and performance decisions for modular, extensible systems.
  • Maintain automated tests and participate in code review.
  • Mentor other engineers on development best practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience with production ownership across both back-end and front-end systems.
  • Strong current TypeScript, HTML, and CSS skills with one or more modern front-end frameworks such as Svelte, React, or Vue.
  • Strong current Go experience and the ability to independently design, build, and operate production Go services.
  • Experience handling large datasets and real-time updates using sources such as WebSockets or Server-Sent Events.
  • Experience building reusable, well-structured UI components and shared abstractions.
  • Strong understanding of performance optimization, rendering strategies, data-heavy applications, and the JavaScript runtime.
  • Solid testing discipline, including unit and integration testing.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
  • Familiarity with a major cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and with version control.
  • Background or strong interest in trading systems or financial platforms is a bonus.
  • Experience with real-time, streaming, on-chain, or crypto market data is a bonus.
  • Experience with MCP or other AI-native or agent integrations is a bonus.
  • Experience building developer platforms, SDKs, or shared component libraries is a bonus.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or ELK is a bonus.
