Requirements
Experience operating high-volume, high-transaction systems, such as in fintech, banking, major SaaS, or medtech.
Full-stack development experience or strong familiarity with .NET, C#, React, and SQL, with legacy modernization expertise prioritized.
Demonstrated technical maturity, ownership of end-to-end deliverables, strong communication skills, and a builder mindset.
Ability to facilitate technical discovery, break down operational silos, and align stakeholders across multi-quarter initiatives.
