Responsibilities

  • Execute manual and automated testing activities across functional, regression, smoke, feature, acceptance, UI, API, and performance scenarios.
  • Develop and maintain automated tests using suitable automation and BDD frameworks.
  • Own and enhance end-to-end automated test coverage.
  • Analyze requirements and provide test recommendations during sprint planning with Scrum teams.
  • Create test strategies, approaches, plans, techniques, and test cases, including black-box, risk-based, exploratory, and non-UI testing.
  • Lead test teams and manage sprint-based manual and automation testing tasks.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, customer service, operations, and other stakeholders to deliver quality software.

Requirements

  • Likely 4+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing.
  • Strong experience in manual testing, including requirement analysis, test strategy, test planning, black-box testing, risk-based testing, exploratory testing, and non-UI testing.
  • Strong experience testing UI and APIs.
  • Strong coding skills in C#, Java, JavaScript, or other programming languages.
  • Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Katalon, or Playwright.
  • Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber or SpecFlow.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Apache Airflow, GitLab, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
  • Experience using Postman, Git, and IntelliJ IDEA.
  • Hands-on experience leading test teams and managing sprint-based testing tasks.
  • Intermediate English proficiency and the ability to self-learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Preferred experience in performance testing and knowledge of design patterns.
  • Proficiency using AI coding tools such as Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code across the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with agentic workflows, AI-driven development frameworks, and integrating AI tools through MCP or equivalent.
