Responsibilities

Execute manual and automated testing activities to improve product quality.
Automate functional, regression, performance, and acceptance tests.
Own and enhance end-to-end automated test coverage.
Perform manual and automation testing for feature, smoke, regression, web UI, and API scenarios.
Analyze requirements during sprint planning and provide test recommendations to the Scrum team.
Develop and apply test strategies, approaches, plans, and techniques including black-box, risk-based, exploratory, and non-UI testing.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, customer service, operations, and other stakeholders.
Lead test teams and manage sprint-based manual and automated testing tasks.
Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Likely 5+ years of software testing experience, depending on learning and technical development.
Hands-on experience leading test teams and managing sprint-based manual and automation testing.
Strong experience in manual testing, including requirements analysis, test strategy, test planning, and test techniques.
Hands-on experience testing web UIs and APIs using Postman or similar tools.
Working knowledge of test automation with Selenium, Playwright, or Katalon.
Basic coding ability in Java, C#, JavaScript, or a similar language.
Experience using Postman, Git, and IntelliJ IDEA.
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency and ability to work directly with clients.
Ability to self-learn, adapt to new technologies, work under pressure, and decompose complex tasks.
Preferred experience with Cucumber, SpecFlow, Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, performance testing, and design patterns.
Proficient daily use of AI coding tools such as Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code across the software development lifecycle.
Experience with agentic workflows, AI-driven development frameworks, and integrating AI tools through MCP or an equivalent.
Awareness of emerging AI tools and willingness to evaluate and adopt new capabilities.
