Senior Fullstack Engineer in Remote new

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end feature delivery from ideation and architecture through implementation and release.
  • Build pragmatic, scalable full-stack software while balancing customer value and maintainability.
  • Engage with customers, partners, and Sales to surface real pain points.
  • Lead product discovery using hypotheses, quick experiments, and validation.
  • Instrument tracking and metrics to enable data-driven product decisions.
  • Work asynchronously and ship with minimal meetings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience delivering end-to-end web features.
  • Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React.
  • Native German proficiency and fluent English for team collaboration.
  • Product-minded approach with the ability to measure success through customer value and outcomes.
  • Experience with product discovery, hypothesis formation, and rapid validation.
  • Comfort owning tracking, analytics, and data to support product decisions.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and EU AI considerations.
  • Experience integrating LLMs is a plus.
