Responsibilities

Develop robust frontend applications using Vue.js 3.
Build real-time web applications for audio and SMS communications with patients.
Build HTTP APIs in JavaScript and TypeScript using Express.js.
Build and test custom internal TypeScript packages from scratch or migrate them from JavaScript.
Integrate with third-party services including Twilio, OpenAI, Databricks API, AWS, and GCP.

Requirements

At least 3 years of proven experience building highly available applications in a regulated environment.
Working knowledge of Vue 3, TypeScript, Node, Mongoose, and Express.
Experience with monorepos, especially Turborepo.
Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
Real-time streaming experience is a plus.
Healthcare technology or SaaS experience is preferred.
Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and EHR systems is preferred.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git is preferred.
