Responsibilities

Lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and engineers to deliver significant business impact.
Set technical direction for critical product and infrastructure surface areas.
Design, develop, and own product functionality and infrastructure using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and modern tooling.
Build purchasing, checkout, trial, renewal, self-serve upgrade, billing, and unified trials experiences.
Collaborate with engineers and contribute to Vanta’s engineering culture and customer impact.

Requirements

At least 5 years of industry experience.
Experience providing technical leadership for teams or complex projects.
Startup experience or experience in an environment with a bias for action.
Experience working on greenfield projects.
Interest in learning about security or prior security-industry experience.
Curiosity and sound judgment when using AI to improve efficiency and impact.
