Senior GTM Engineer in USA new

Responsibilities

  • Own GTM-stack projects from design through testing, rollout, and enablement, including implementations, integrations, automations, and cross-tool enhancements.
  • Resolve tier 2 escalations involving flow errors, integration failures, data models, and cross-system issues by identifying root causes and delivering durable fixes.
  • Build and maintain iPaaS- and API-based integrations and data flows connecting Snowflake, Salesforce, and downstream tools.
  • Implement AI agents, LLM-powered automation, and MCP integrations for triage, enrichment, and next-step capture.
  • Perform complex Salesforce work involving flows, data models, permissions, sandbox management, and releases, with comparable work in other GTM tools as needed.
  • Contribute to requirements and solution architecture, coordinate with vendors, evaluate tools, document reusable patterns, and mentor an IC2 engineer.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience administering and building GTM or business systems.
  • Deep Salesforce experience with flows, data models, permissions, and deployments, plus hands-on experience in at least two other GTM tool categories.
  • Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end implementations, integrations, or process-automation projects that reached production.
  • Experience building and debugging integrations through iPaaS tools and/or APIs, including understanding authentication, rate limits, synchronization, and failure modes.
  • Hands-on experience or strong demonstrated interest in applying AI to systems work, including agents, LLM-powered automation, or MCP-style integrations.
  • Comfort with SQL and warehouse concepts and the ability to trace data-quality issues across systems.
  • Strong root-cause analysis, stakeholder communication, scoping, tradeoff evaluation, and constructive pushback skills.
  • Familiarity with Apex, Python, or JavaScript sufficient to read, understand, and review code; heavy development is not required.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification is preferred.
