Senior GTM Engineer - Web & AI in USA

Responsibilities

  • Translate positioning and campaign strategies into high-converting web experiences.
  • Optimize the buyer journey across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
  • Own website KPIs including traffic growth, engagement, conversion rate, and pipeline contribution.
  • Develop testing roadmaps and increase experimentation velocity across enterprise and PLG segments.
  • Lead the migration from Webflow to a modern headless CMS.
  • Architect and maintain a scalable React/Next.js frontend and modular campaign deployment systems.
  • Establish performance, accessibility, technical SEO, GEO, and AEO best practices.
  • Integrate AI agents and LLM APIs for content generation, personalization, SEO/GEO workflows, localization, and adaptive digital experiences.
  • Own international website expansion across more than 20 markets and build multi-language, multi-region CMS workflows.
  • Implement event tracking, data layers, attribution frameworks, and integrations across web, CRM, marketing automation, and PLG systems.
  • Maintain mobile and desktop experience quality and Core Web Vitals performance benchmarks.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in growth engineering, frontend engineering, or product-focused web development.
  • Strong experience with React, Next.js, or a similar modern frontend framework.
  • Experience leading headless CMS implementations or migrations.
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Amplitude.
  • Experience implementing A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, GEO, AEO, and performance optimization.
  • Experience integrating APIs and third-party systems into web platforms.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or PLG environments is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Segment is advantageous.
  • Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, or other AI APIs is advantageous.
  • Experience with chatbots, AI voice agents, and multi-language international web properties is advantageous.

Salary: $134k - $194k/yr
