Responsibilities

  • Support the engineering team in building reliable and scalable applications.
  • Design and build tools that improve scalability and high availability while automating operational processes.
  • Develop observability and orchestration tooling for monitoring and managing customer deployments.
  • Contribute to disaster recovery, backup, and redundancy tooling and strategy.
  • Build tools and processes that improve codebase quality.
  • Develop deployment automation and integrations with third-party infrastructure components in customer environments.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience.
  • Production-ready infrastructure management tooling experience with Python or Golang.
  • Familiarity with at least one observability toolset, database, event streaming platform, or container orchestration technology.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
  • Desirable: experience supporting production systems in high-consistency transactional environments.
