Senior JavaScript Engineer in Remote

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement complex web applications using established approaches and best practices.
  • Improve engineering and quality standards and help team members adopt them.
  • Create CI/CD pipelines from templates and assist the DevOps team with more complex pipelines.
  • Participate in hiring and technical interview activities.
  • Coach or supervise middle- and junior-level engineers as required by the project.
  • Design solutions for complex features and create supporting documentation.
  • Refactor existing applications to meet new requirements.
  • Adjust and maintain code quality rules and metrics.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Practical experience using advanced React features.
  • Experience designing solutions for complex features and documenting them.
  • Experience refactoring existing applications according to new requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with testing approaches and tools.
  • Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines using TravisCI, GitLabCI, or similar tools.
  • Ability to maintain code quality rules and metrics and collaborate with DevOps on custom pipelines.
