Responsibilities

Build and maintain end-to-end ML lifecycle systems from data processing through model serving for journey prediction, churn and conversion propensity, and intervention-matching models.
Develop subscriber lifecycle forecasting workflows and real-time stream-processing pipelines for feature computation and personalized engagement.
Design monitoring systems for technical health, model quality, prediction accuracy, drift, and intervention lift.
Create experimentation frameworks for A/B testing journey-prediction algorithms and intervention strategies.
Develop low-latency, high-throughput model-serving systems with caching for real-time intervention decisions.
Establish MLOps practices using MLflow for experiment tracking, model versioning, and deployment automation.
Scale and optimize model training and serving, including specialized solutions for embedding scaling.
Own code, system design, and project delivery while collaborating with Product Managers and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

At least 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering roles with a record of independently delivering high-quality projects.
Strong coding skills in Python, Java, Golang, or Scala.
Experience with big-data frameworks such as Spark and Kubernetes for data and ML workloads.
Proficiency implementing API performance monitoring with Grafana, Prometheus, or CloudWatch.
Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, or Keras.
Experience developing end-to-end ML pipelines with consistency between development and production environments.
Ability to design scalable ML architectures for site traffic and feature complexity.
Familiarity with model and data versioning, resource allocation and scaling, and logging.
Experience building systems that monitor and react to faults in resources, data streams, and model responses.
Expertise with production MLOps, including feature stores, model hosting and versioning, data versioning, prediction and drift monitoring, and automated remediation.
B.Tech, B.E., Master's, or equivalent degree.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to continuous learning.
