Responsibilities

Develop scalable machine learning models and optimization strategies for advertising-related business problems.
Build models using visual, audio, and textual ad content across multiple languages, including computer vision, deep learning, generative AI, large language models, and vision language models.
Identify, train, deploy, productionize, and serve models in collaboration with software engineers and other ML engineers.
Run A/B experiments, collect data, and perform statistical analysis.
Improve the scalability, efficiency, and automation of ML-driven ad serving systems, model training, deployment, and serving.
Partner with senior stakeholders to plan and drive the machine learning strategy for ad serving.
Support brand safety, revenue opportunities, ad moderation, and generation of ad creatives.

Requirements

6+ years of experience building models for business applications.
Master's degree or higher and 4+ years of experience in computer science, computer engineering, machine learning, or a related field.
Strong computer science fundamentals and the ability to write algorithms effectively.
Experience developing and implementing deep learning algorithms, particularly computer vision algorithms.
Understanding of regression, classification, tree-based approaches, neural networks, sequence-based approaches, and NLP approaches such as W2V or BERT.
Ability to identify appropriate KPIs and objective functions.
Programming experience with languages such as C/C++, Python, Java, or Perl preferred.
Publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals preferred.
AI growth mindset and AI literacy.
