Responsibilities

Architect and deploy a scalable multi-agent framework for agent assist, internal SOP execution, and secure LLM-powered actions.
Own end-to-end execution of complex ML initiatives, including priorities, technical trade-offs, dependencies, design, and production delivery.
Build and optimize AI-driven concierge chat and agent copilot experiences.
Develop systems to detect and manage bad actors and adversarial inputs.
Establish ML/AI system design, coding, and evaluation practices and mentor team members.
Communicate ML concepts and technical designs across product, design, customer experience, and engineering teams.

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and software engineering, including shipping production-grade ML services at scale.
Hands-on expertise with large language models, deep learning architectures, and generative AI ecosystems such as LangGraph, LangSmith, Google ADK, Vertex AI, or AWS Bedrock.
Proficiency in Python and the ability to write clean, maintainable, highly tested production code.
Specialized depth in NLP, information retrieval, conversational AI, or advanced statistical modeling.
Ability to write technical design documents and communicate complex ML concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to use generative AI tools and copilots responsibly with human oversight and human-in-the-loop practices.
Experience with tools such as LibreChat, Gemini, or Glean is stated in the posting.

Salary: $191k - $225k/yr
